We wanted to create a memorable product browsing experience that took the current CRM journey from functional to inspirational and engaging whilst also redefining Turnbull & Asser’s content for a new generation of mobile users.
Each product email from T&A begins and ends with a full screen lifestyle image and part of the T&A product story. Submerging shoppers into the collection. Through scroll, additional product images are shown on and off the model, allowing us to tell an emotionally resonating yet informative story about the garment.
A consistent brand story across all devices and campaigns
Mobile e-commerce has substantially changed the way consumers shop so it was imperative to tailor each email campaign to mobile users. By doing this T&A were able to significantly increase their open rate and customer conversions.
